Liaoning FQZJ Co., Ltd. is located in Fushun High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It was established in January 2016 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The enterprise mainly produces and sells crosslinking agent products and their intermediate products.
The crosslinking agent is one of the important products in Liaoning Fuqing Auxiliary Co., Ltd. The products produced and sold are mainly used in polymer production and processing industries. The product includes organic peroxide and organic peroxide curing agent and auxiliary products, crosslinking peroxide, polymerization catalyst. These basic chemical products are mainly used to produce polymers, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, acrylic resins, emulsified polymers, synthetic rubber, thermosetting plastic composites, etc. These products can also be used in the production of non-polymeric products, such as pharmaceuticals or bulk drugs. There are many varieties of crosslinking agents. Although Liaoning Fuqing Auxiliary Co., Ltd. has two brother production enterprises, the varieties produced cannot meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets. The company will fully develop and produce organic peroxide products.
Formerly Fushun Qingyuan Auxiliary Factory Co., Ltd. was established in May 1996 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, covering an area of 33300m2, a building area of 8,000 ㎡, and an asset of 0.2 billion yuan.
The main products include cumene hydroperoxide, dicumyl hydroperoxide, dicumyl peroxide, and high-purity cumene hydroperoxide (≥ 95%) with international first-class level.
Our factory is a domestic enterprise specializing in the production of organic peroxides. It is a material supplier of China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Group International Division, China Ordnance Department, and China Bluestar Group. Products are mainly exported to the United States, Germany, France, New Zealand, Australia, India, Taiwan and other countries and regions. Our factory has strong technical force and advanced technology. The products have the advantages of high active oxygen content, light color, low viscosity, easy to use, and low price. Since they were put on the market, they have been well received by customers at home and abroad.

Company Project
After nearly a year of preparation in 2016, the 15000-ton/year crosslinking agent project with a total investment of 0.2 billion yuan was officially started in 2017. The project covers a total area of 102497.4 square meters (153.9 mu) and a total construction area of 64708 m2. The total investment of the project is 0.2 billion yuan, including 65 million yuan for construction, 95 million yuan for equipment purchase, 24.96 million yuan for intangible assets and 6.6456 million yuan for other assets. All construction will be completed in December 2018. The project acceptance is expected to be completed in June 2019 and officially put into production.

2. Core technology
Chen Chun, chairman of Liaoning Fuqing Auxiliary Co., Ltd., has been engaged in the research and development and fine production of organic peroxides since 1996. Through years of unremitting efforts and efforts, he has experienced many failed trial production. Through independent research and development of production equipment and process flow, the purity of cumene hydroperoxide has been increased from 80-85% of the regular to more than 95%. Its core technology is: the production device of high-purity cumene hydroperoxide is completely completed by the research and development team led by Chen Chun after years of practice and trial production. This set of device and process has now applied for one invention patent and four utility model patents (application number: 2017102607417); Two utility model patents to be approved (application number: 2017209778915\2017209712903); the two technologies have obtained utility model patent certificates on November 28, 2017 (patent number: ZL 201720417731.5\ZL201720418084X). The set of production equipment and process has a number of innovative points, the production cycle is short, the new equipment production cycle than the original equipment production cycle shortened by 2/3. The product output rate is high, and the one-time pass rate reaches 100%. With the advantages of safety and environmental protection, the entire production process to achieve zero emissions without pollution. The original process stipulates that one-time oxidation shall not exceed 25%. Now, the process equipment independently developed by the enterprise can increase the one-time oxidation to about 35%, and the qualified product of cumene hydroperoxide, which can reach 80% content only after three times of distillation in the original process, can be changed into a product with a high content of 95% after one time of distillation. After the mass production of Fushun Qingyuan Auxiliary Factory in the past three years, the production technology and performance indicators of the products are at the international level, and the production process and customers are very stable. Therefore, the production of high-purity cumene hydroperoxide will be increased in Fushun Qingyuan Auxiliary to meet the market demand. BIPB is one of the important products in the crosslinking agent, which is the substitute of DCP. DCP has been widely used in various industries since the 1960 s, but the decomposition of DCP products after vulcanization will produce some toxic substances, leaving a pungent odor to downstream products, and causing harm to human body and environment. In order to find a more environmentally friendly and health-friendly alternative to DCP, practitioners in various countries have made a lot of attempts and developed an ideal alternative product-BIPB. Compared with DCP, BIPB has the advantages of non-toxic and tasteless, so it is called "tasteless" DCP. Especially suitable for indoor rubber and plastic products. And widely used in medical equipment, food packaging, children's toys and other fields. Under the same crosslinking conditions, the addition amount of BIPB is only 2/3 of DCP, which further reduces energy consumption and pollution emissions." Most of the BIPB produced at home and abroad are para-and meta-mixtures, and their crosslinking effect is far less good than that of pure products. Because the two boiling point difference is small. Distillation separation method, energy consumption, and it is difficult to achieve high purity. Our company uses low-temperature separation technology (patented technology) to separate it. The advantage is that the product has high purity, simple operation and low energy consumption. Take the separation of a ton of product as an example. Distillation requires 1.615 million kilocalories of heat and 227 kilograms of coal. 590.2kg of carbon dioxide emissions; 1.9kg of sulfur dioxide; 1.7kg of nitrogen oxides. The low-temperature separation technology requires 30 degrees of electricity, equivalent to 3.7 kilograms of coal. No pollutant emission. This project adopts the condensation reaction synthesis method, directly uses two-one (2-hydroxyisopropyl) benzene as raw material and acid as catalyst. This production route has the characteristics of low consumption of raw materials and high reaction yield, mature and reliable process, no direct atmospheric emissions, adopts equipment to improve safe production conditions, and has strict safety production system and procedures to ensure production safety. For the double 2,5 product, the two-step reaction synthesis route of dimethyl hexanediol, hydrogen peroxide and tert-butyl alcohol is used, which has the characteristics of less side reactions, low control requirements and high reaction yield.
3. Product Application
The peroxide products produced in this project are di (tert-butyl isopropyl peroxide) benzene, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di (tert-butyl peroxy) hexane, cumene hydroperoxide, dicumyl hydroperoxide, dicumyl peroxide and tert-butyl cumene hydroperoxide, which are widely used in various fields of production and life as polymerization initiators, crosslinking agents, vulcanizing agents, curing agents, catalysts and so on.
The free radicals produced by the thermal decomposition of di (tert-butyl-isopropyl peroxide) benzene (BIPB) peroxide have high stability and can be used as polyethylene, EPDM rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silicone rubber, nitrile rubber and other rubbers and plastics crosslinking agent. BIPB peroxide has high crosslinking efficiency, and the products have good heat resistance, low temperature flexibility and pressure deformation.
2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di (tert-butylperoxy) hexane can be used as a vulcanizing agent for polyurethane rubber. Compared with other rubbers, polyurethane rubber has excellent comprehensive properties such as high mechanical properties, excellent wear resistance, good oil resistance and aging resistance. It is mainly used in some products with high performance requirements, such as wear-resistant products, high-strength oil-resistant products and high-modulus products. Peroxide curing process is a relatively new process, which is beneficial to improve the compression deformation and aging resistance of materials. Compared with sulfur vulcanization, the peroxide product di (tert-butyl peroxide isopropyl) benzene and 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di (tert-butyl peroxy) hexane vulcanized and mixed polyurethane rubber produced by this project has the characteristics of short vulcanization time, fast vulcanization speed, high torque, high oil resistance and high low temperature resistance, and does not use sulfur, which is more environmentally friendly. With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the improvement of their quality of life, users will have more and more demand for several products of this project.
4, Product Market Analysis
At present, the average selling price of several products in this project is 29000 yuan/ton. Due to the position of Liaoning Fuqing Auxiliary Co., Ltd. in the organic peroxide market, this price is not only competitive in the market, but also brings better economic benefits to the enterprise, which is appropriate. Due to the high technical content of this product, Liaoning Fuqing Auxiliary Co., Ltd. has its own R & D team and independent intellectual property rights, and all the raw materials come from Fushun Qingyuan Auxiliary Factory, so the cost of the product will not change greatly. In addition, as the market demand for the products of this project increases year by year, the supply will be in short supply for a long period of time, so the price of the products is expected to be relatively stable; other products are the original products of our company's brother enterprises, and the products have stable customer groups. Domestic petrochemical companies have become permitted suppliers, products are widely used in the petrochemical industry, as pharmaceutical intermediates have been more related industries by the procurement and attention. At present, the domestic market share can reach 80%, and enjoy absolute pricing power. At present, there are 13 countries and regions to purchase our products, as a cross-linking agent, the product is being used for more industries. The international market share has also reached 50%. The market forecast of BIPB peroxide and double 2,5 products shows that there is a large market space at home and abroad, the price of the products of this project has certain advantages in the market, the marketing network of the enterprise is perfect, and the product sales prospect is broad.

The two-step reaction synthesis route of dimethyl hexanediol, hydrogen peroxide and tert-butyl alcohol is used, which has the characteristics of less side reaction, low control requirements and high reaction yield. It is proposed to adopt PLC control system to make the product quality reach the advanced level of similar products in the world.
2> in this project, according to the requirements of the overall planning, the function of this project and the surrounding adjacent projects is clearly distinguished, compact and reasonable, and save land. The process flow is smooth, the pipeline is short, the management is convenient, the traffic organization is reasonable, the material transportation is smooth, the factory building and warehouse are relatively centralized, which conforms to the relevant safety and fire prevention design specifications.

In terms of economic efficiency, the investment profit margin is 33.43 per cent, the investment profit tax rate is 22.53 per cent, and the return on investment is 16.83 per cent. The average annual sales income is 435 million yuan and the average annual profit is 66.8615 million yuan. Judging from the calculated technical and economic indicators, the project has strong profitability and good economic benefits.
This project has made a sensitivity analysis on the price, output, operating cost, fixed asset investment and other uncertain factors of the product. However, the factors change within the range of ± 10%, which does not reach the critical point of the internal rate of return, which shows that the project has a strong anti-risk ability.
The break-even point BEP of the project is 42.07 per cent, I .e. 42.07 per cent of the design capacity.
